The Danish Dandies have been a part of
the Danish Festival since the early 1970’s.
The group currently consists of students
ages 3 years old – 6th Grade. The children
begin practicing parade routines in July
for the festival. They choose pom-pom, baton
or flag twirling. The girls have a great time
making friends and learning the routines.
Many return year after year!
It is wonderful to see the parents, grandparents,
and other friends and relatives get so excited to see their
child in the Grand Dansk Parade wearing their costumes.
