Danish Festival Sunday
noon – 4 p.m.
Veteran’s Park (M-57 & Luray St.)

Antiques, artisan wares, food and music make strolling
through the MarketPlace a great way to spend the day.
The role of this neighborhood park has evolved into a
vibrant Danish Festival West.
WAN coordinates a 90-vendor marketplace filled
with shopping and food the whole family would love.
The Grand Dansk Parade passes the park near the
beginning of its downtown march. Shuttle bus service
to and from downtown is available at Veteran’s Park.
Local musical groups from bluegrass to washboard
to Christian will perform during the day Friday, Saturday
and Sunday.
If it all gets to be too much, rest under a shade tree
and ponder your next taste of the Danish Festival.
The WAN Danish Festival MarketPlace and
Food Court is made possible by the hard work of the
Women’s Action Network.
